Terms and Conditions

1. All participants must be above the minimum age for their chosen event.

2. Participants will be required to fill out any application forms required by race organisers.

3. Participants participate at their own risk and agree to indemnify CARE against claims for loss or damage to personal property, of Challenge Series, its employees, servants and agents.

4. If accepting one of CARE?s guaranteed places participants agree to raise the minimum sponsorship specified for that event. This is a condition of participation.

5. If accepting one of CARE's guaranteed places participants agree to pay the required deposit, your place is not guaranteed until this is received. This is a condition of participation.

6. If you are unable to participate in the event for any reason or the event is cancelled for any reason beyond our control, then deposits will be held as a donation.

As part of your support we provide participants  with access to online resources. Please check the box below to agree to use CARE's name and logo on the following terms and conditions:

1. You will use the name and logo in accordance with the branding guidelines provided in the online resources;

2. You will use the name and logo in only for fundraising for CARE International and for no other purpose;

3. You acknowledge that CARE International as a secular humanitarian organisation working towards ending world poverty has a reputation that is critical to its work. Accordingly you agree that you will not do anything in connection with your use of the CARE International name and logo that might damage the reputation of CARE International;

4. You acknowledge that this permission is personal to you and is not assignable or transferable to any other person.
