Completed the 3 Peaks Challenge? Even gone as far as tackling 24 Peaks in 24 hours? Hopefully if you’ve taken part in one or more of  CARE’s challenges, you’ll be convinced of the value of what you’ve done, the importance of the money you’ve raised and you’ll be inspired to continue helping CARE whilst challenging yourself and experiencing new places and people.

Where do you go from here? If you’re feeling like your last CARE challenge is hard to top, you might be interested in looking further afield. CARE has partnered with Charity Challenge to offer overseas challenges, combining fundraising for CARE with a vast array of adventures across the globe.

If you’re interested in experiencing the majesty of Africa whilst helping CARE tackle the scourge of hunger that hangs over the world’s poorest continent, you could climb Mount Kilimanjaro or trek with Maasai tribesmen through the great Rift Valley.
Journey to the home of the Dalai Lama in India, and at the same time know that your efforts could be helping CARE to educate marginalised girls and fund new small businesses in poor communities in the same country.

You could even try a flavour of Latin America by taking on the world’s highest active volcano, Cotopaxi in Ecuador. Your experience will be all the more meaningful knowing that you’re raising money for CARE, whose projects include agriculture and education for indigenous populations and working children in the very same country.

Whatever you’ve always wanted to do… the Great Wall of China, Everest Base camp, the Inca trail…. Why not have a go? Why not do it because you CARE?
