Management

Neil has worked in the challenge team for over 8 years and manages the team. He has final sign off on all aspects relating to event planning & running, marketing & pr and fundraising & sponsorship. Neil has a background in leisure/events management and is a qualified Mountain Leader.


Neil and Steve plan and run the Challenges. Before the event they will be able to provide you with:

•    Comprehensive details on event logistics
•    Advice on kit
•    Training schedules
•    Mountain awareness days


On the event itself:

•    Radio Communications for each team
•    Kit checks
•    First aid
•    Checkpoints manned by mountain guides
•    Post-event dinner reception and presentations
•    Commemorative t-shirt  for all team members and support crew
•    A late night party
