You have to be reasonably fit for a 3 Peaks Challenge, although nearly anyone can take part providing they follow the ten-week training programme that we provide. Try, where possible, to include hill walking in your team's preparation.

If you are taking part in the 24 Peaks Challenge or the Spain 3 Peaks, which are both physically more demanding than the 3 Peaks, you should invest extra time in your training and your team should be of above average fitness.
