“Our 3 Peaks 2007 challenge team brought together people from a variety of offices across the business. In most cases these people had not met before. Our plan was to focus on the fundraising, incorporating as much of the business as possible, to share workload, to maximise our fundraising ability and boy! did our people deliver - so many fundraising ideas from raffles to senior managers racing around the car park on space hoppers.
 
As a team, we raised the most money for the event - a feat we are immensely proud of because this reflects the efforts of ALL npower staff & colleagues, not just the challenge team.

One of our vehicles broke down on the Saturday morning, and the hotel booked for the Friday never received our request. What did we do after an 8 hour journey? Go somewhere else and share rooms on a 6x twin sharing and 2x four sharing basis. Now, that's team work and says everything about the Challenge event......working together to get the job done.”
