Taking part in a Challenge event offers teams a great PR opportunity, particularly in local newspapers, trade press, in-house magazines and websites.

Several weeks before, and just after the event takes place, Jo will get in touch with you to discuss ways we can help you promote both your preparations for the Challenge (training and fundraising), and your achievement upon completion of the event. This includes:

* Generating editorial coverage in your company's in-house newsletter, magazine, or website(s).
* Generating editorial coverage in your local newspapers or newsletters.
* Company events, trade events, cheque presentations and so on.
* Jo will draft pre-event and post-event press releases, that you may use for any of the above.
* We can also assist with contacting your local media, before and after the event.
* Further details about PR are available in the on-line team resources, which you will have access to once you have registered for an event.

Calista and Chetna are responsible for marketing the events. This involves producing a range of online and offline marketing materials and designing various communications strategies.
