o run for CARE place in the Edinburgh Marathon or half marathon in 2013 then register your interest here and we'll send you a registration form.
CARE has a number of charity places in the Edinburgh Marathon and Half Marathon. Each marathon runner must agree to fundraise £500 for CARE and for the half marathon £200.
The 26.2 mile route will allow you to take in great views of Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, Holyrood Palace and the Royal Yacht Britannia. There will be live bands and performers at key stages along the route to encourage runners and attract cheering spectators.
As a member of the CARE Running team you will receive:
- Great support from the moment you register right up until race day
- Fundraising and training support
- A designated person within the team to answer any questions
- A fundraising pack and a CARE t-shirt
Already have a place in the Edinburgh Marathon 2013?
If you have already secured a place through the ballot we would love you to fundraise for CARE. We really appreciate any sponsorship money raised by people with their own places. You will receive the same support as our runners.
