CARE 24 Peaks Challenge supported by Lexicon Partners

The ultimate UK Mountain Challenge: 24 Peaks in 24 hours!

lexicon-partners-logo.gifThe 24 Peaks challenge supported by Lexicon Partners is for those looking for a tough but extremely rewarding challenge. You will summit 24 mountains in 24 hours - this includes 8 of the 10 highest mountains in England. This challenge will test your physical ability, stamina and team spirit.

You will climb 10 mountains the first day (this includes Scafell Pike, the highest mountain in England) and the remaining 14 the next day.  Along the way you will view some of the most stunning landscapes in the Lake District. Afterwards, celebrate your success with a fantastic post-event meal, prize giving and celebrations.

Your funds will support CARE’s vital work in over 70 countries around the world helping over 59 million people a year find routes out of poverty.

The money raised could support microfinance projects around the world. For example, your £6000 could fund more than 12 saving and loans groups in Uganda; it could help empower villagers by funding all training, equipment and support to enable them to form a savings and loans committee and start making small loans to fund local business activities.
